In this hands-on plant-based cooking class, you will get to participate in making and tasting plant-based versions of a variety of Vietnamese foods. Plus, you’ll learn how to create flavor without fish sauce. You’ll find no lack of flavor in vegetarian and vegan Vietnamese cuisine.

The beautiful food of Vietnam involves complex flavors and contrasting textures influenced by neighboring countries—China, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand.

Bring your chopsticks if you’d like an even more authentic experience.

The plant-based cooking class menu:

  • Vegan Pho: Noodle Soup
  • Banh Mi Chay Sandwich: Vietnamese Baguette with Lemongrass Tofu
  • Banh Xeo: Vietnamese Sizzling Crepes
