In this hands-on plant-based cooking class, you will get to participate in making and tasting plant-based versions of a variety of Vietnamese foods. Plus, you’ll learn how to create flavor without fish sauce. You’ll find no lack of flavor in vegetarian and vegan Vietnamese cuisine.

The beautiful food of Vietnam involves complex flavors and contrasting textures influenced by neighboring countries—China, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand.
