Yes, my recipes are vegan, with a focus on whole plant-based foods that are naturally gluten-free. I also try to limit sugar and oil–especially heated oils. Browse recipes here.

Yes! Recipe makeovers are one of my favorite things to do. I love the challenge of taking a recipe with dairy, eggs, and/or gluten and of doing a makeover to create a healthy plant-based and gluten-free version.
