Hi! I’m Heather Reseck

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) specializing in plant-based nutrition. For over 30 years I’ve been helping hundreds of people like you gain confidence in cooking delicious and nutritious plant-based foods. I also like to add expeditious–quick. That’s why I wrote the Fix-it-Fast Vegetarian Cookbook.

My favorite way to teach is hands-on cooking classes. Since we can’t cook together in person during this time of physical distancing, I now offer livestream classes online.

I still want my classes to be hands-on because I know the experience will help you gain the confidence to cook healthy plant-based foods again and again.
